I work with individuals who desire change in some aspect of their life. A new health concern may have arisen you want to pay particular attention to, or maybe you have tried to improve your nutrition, sleep, or incorporate more movement into your day - only to fall back into old patterns. Is there an aspect of your life that is nagging at you, that is impacting your overall health and causing you to feel stuck and unsure of your next step?
It is a thirty-minute phone conversation that allows us to get acquainted – I learn what your goals are for coaching, and you learn if my style and philosophy match your needs. I can then make a recommendation of a coaching package and answer any of your questions.
Making lasting change takes time. An initial 3-month commitment to coaching is requested as it can take three to six months for a new behavior to become a habit. We can meet in person (where possible), by Zoom or by phone. All modes work great for coaching.
